How do i configure my Outlook to receive postdata.att

My outlook can't receive the .att file being sent by a web based system.
How can I configure my outlook settings to receive such .att files?

Depends on what they contain,doesn't it? Certainly you can pick an
application to associate with files of type .att. Do that from Windows
Explorer's Tools>Folder Options>File Types memu. I'd choose Notepad,
myself. Then you'll be able to at lease see what's in it.
