How do I connect the database from my laptop to another?

How do I connect the database from my laptop to another? For some reason I am
not able to connect my database to another computer. Both laptops are in the
same network, share the same version of business contact manager, they both
drive on windows 7, but still I cannot get them to function. I cannot hit the
button 'with users working on other computers in my network' as the button is
covered in grey. I can only add users on my own laptop but that's not what I
am looking for. So what can I do to make it work?

As far as I know, SQL server needs to be on a domain server (dedicated
server) not on peer to peer network. BCM runs on SQL 2005 express and
so this rule applies to it. However, you may want to post your message
on a SQL server newsgroups (I don't know any on Microsoft NG) where
people find workarounds to run express editions of SQL.
