How do I control the layout of Toolbars in my Office 2003 product

I have a number of toolbars in my office applications (eg Plaxo in Outlook or
PDF Creater in al office products) but they continually "move" when I open
the application. So I drag them back using the ALT+left click button to where
I want them to be, and when I retrun, they are all over the place again.

There must be a simple way to do this so they stay where you put them?

Yes, third party add-ins can really mess up your toolbar layout. In the
short term, disabling them will prevent them from rearranging the
toolbar. Sometimes the company will provide updates to their software
that fixes the issue, and you would have to get that from their website.
