Yes, 995PDF is one and available on the internet for free use.

If you have Office (or Word) 2007, you could insert the bmp image in a blank
document and then save the document as pdf. But you need to install their
utility first. You can get it at:

yeh, pdf has a driver
that functions like a print driver.
if the pdf driver is installed
into your o.s., then you can
use it like a print driver and
print anything to it.
the other responder provided
a freeware.
however, i use freeware like
primo pdf to make the pdf's
and a pdf reader like
foxit reader to see the pdf
files. Acrobat reader can
read them as well. however,
it is not as efficient as foxit.
but these are only suggestions
and choices for you....
