How do I convert a Claris file to a Word file?

My boss uses a Mac and he wants me to convert a file he made on Claris to a
Word document so he can see it since his MAC died. I tried using the
Convert8 but I'm not having any success. Any help would be appreciated.

If "Claris" is the same as ClarisWorks, then you might be able to
use the "Recover text from any file" file type in Word's
File->Open menu to open the file. You'll probably lose most or
all of the formatting, but you'll get the text.
