How Do I convert a Publisher File to html code?

I need to know if there's a way that I can get the html code when I design a
Publisher webpage because I have to have the html code to upload it.

Assuming that you are using Pub 2003, then there are good articles about
publishing your website here:

I would suggest that you also look at the FAQ page while your are there. It
is likely to save you a lot of time and frustration as you develop your
website.
