how do I convert a UK date to a US date in excel?

Hello,

I pull in information regularly in UK date form, but after working with the
data when I submit it it needs to be in US form.

is there and easy way to convert this?

Don't worry, the date will convert to whatever regional settings the
receiveing computer is using.
