How do I convert a works database file to an access file?

I have a mailing list that was created in works and i am uning access 2003.
I need to open this file. I read that I should be able to open it but may
need a converter? Any help is appreciated.

If you still have Works running, you can open the file in Works, and
save it as a dBase IV file, then import the dBase file into Access.
AFAIK, Access won't open the Works file directly.
