how do I convert an e-mail on a website to microsoft outlook?

I'm using dreamweaver and have a "click" that goes to our e-mail . On the
regular site , cicking on my "contact us" on dreamweaver gets me to the
e-mail page but the page does not include a send button. microsoft Office
Work Help tells me to install my e-mail program on Microsoft Outlook. How do
I do this ?(I am currently on hotmail.com. Thanks
