How do I convert an e-mail request into a meeting event?

After an exchange of several e-mails, how do I convert the last into a
meeting event in Outlook?

Drag it to the calendar folder - when you drop it, a new appointment form
will open with contents of the message. You'll need to enter the correct
date and time. If you use Outlook 2007 and show a calendar on the to-do
bar, you can drag it to a date on the small calendar.
