How do I convert an Outlook Express "eml" extension file to "jpeg.

Received photo albums with "eml" extensions and Outlook Express links via
e-mail.
Cannot open them with present photo programs. Cannot rename file either.

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
2) Open then with Outlook Express.
