Hi - please don't post valid e-mail addresses in newsgroup posts (or include
them in your news account settings). You will get of viruses and spam. In
addition, when you post in a newsgroup, replies should go to the group, so
everyone can participate/benefit - that's what they're for.
That said - if you can export from your other application to a format
Outlook can import (such as csv, etc) you can import it. Providing you make
sure the field mapping is set up correctly while you import.
