How do I convert decimal measurment to fractional measurment?

Im drawing dimensions for a woodworeking project and am using the measurment
tool (tape measure) to show different lengths...I would like to show thoes
e=measurment lengths in American measuments (for example Id want a quarter
inch displayed as a the fraction 1 over four and not .25)...

It seems that the tape measure symbol cannot do that, try the stencil
"Dimesioning - Engineering", typically the Horizontal or Vertical
shapes, drop one on the page, right click and select Feet and Inches
from the scale options.It seems to work in 1/16ths by default, if you
dig into the shapesheet then you can set it to 32nds or 64ths in the
cell User.InchPrec.
