How do i convert Japanese menu in office 2003 to English ?

Hi ,

My office has provided me a laptop with XP & office 2003 of Japanese version.
However, being an English user, i am unable to use many of features in my
office2003.
Is there any way I could convert the Menu into English?
Please suggest me a way to over come this problem.

You will need to get an English version of Office. see if your employer can
supply it for you.
