How do I convert/ merge an Access address list into mailing lable

Go the the Reports tab of the Database Containers window, select new Report
then select Label Wizard ...

I always use the Labels Wizard, specifically the Avery Labels Wizard, that I
download from Microsoft. Getting to that is one of the options under New in
all versions of Access, as far as I remember. You can also find it by
visiting http://office.microsoft.com.
