You would have to make them available in Windows Mail, or whatever the Vista
version of OE is called, before exporting them to OL
Then in OL importing the address book

Look in Windows Mail and see if it has an import feature. If so, see if it
will import Outlook Express messages. If so, import them. Then export them
from Windowsd Mail to Outlook.

Hi,

Do not worry; as technology has become advance, as a result you have option to convert the old Outlook Express files on new PC with Outlook 2007.

Main point is that to open Outlook Express .dbx into Outlook you has to convert into .pst file this is mandatory step.

So, use an expedient DBX Converter tool from Google search and simplify your task to convert old DBX into Outlook 2007. Hope my advice assists you.
