HOW DO I CONVERT OUTLOOK 2003 PRO ".pst" data files to OFFICE XP-.

I started with OUTLOOK 2003 PRO, saved/backed up e-mails and contacts to
".pst" files. I upgraded to OUTLOOK XP PRO. XP WILL NOT IMPORT THE FILES
SAVED FROM 2003.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO DO THIS?

Firstly, please do not post in all caps - it's considered to be shouting abd
is not easy to read.
You need to re-install Outlook 2003, open the pst file, and then within
Outlook 2003, export to a new pst in Outlook 2000/2002 format.

Realize, however, that the Export function will provide no such option. If
they just start with the Export command, the PST file that is created will
still be in Outlook 2003 format. That's why so many users are getting caught
with this problem.
User will first have to use the File > New > Outlook data file to create a
PST file in the old format. Once that is done, they can just copy data into
it. They could also use Export to transfer data expressly to that file, but
that only provides another chance for errors to occur.

Sorry, haven't got 2003!
