How do I convert trial to Pro via online?

I purchased a new HP Laptop that came with a pre-installed trial version of
Office 2003. My trial time has expired but I would like to convert the
version to Office Pro insted of the version offered when I click on convert
to full version (Microsoft® Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003).

The trial version you have is not a qualifying product for Office 2003
Professional. You may have another program on your new computer that does
qualify. Look here for upgrade requirements:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/howtobuy/professional.mspx

If you decide to install Office 2003 Professional {upgrade or not},
uninstall the trial version first.
