File menu, Publish to the web.
Follow the prompts for creating a menu, etc.
You can then either save the web locally for uploading separately or you can
save it (upload) directly to the server. If you need help with that I
recommend you obtain my uploading tutorial at

Optionally you can also obtain info by clicking on Help and in the search
field use the word "publish".
