How do I convert Windows Live calendar appointments to Outlook?

I am using Windows Live Calendar but now want to sync or export to Outlook
2003 so I can sync with my iTouch.

In what formats does Windows Live Calendar export? Choose one that Outlook
can import.

Thank you for the response. When I'm in Windows Live Calendar and go to file
drop down there is no export option just import.

I see that. It appears there is no option to move your Windows Live
Calendar data to Outlook. You'll need to configure Outlook to use the
Outlook Connector and get a paid Windows Live account in order to use the
Live calendar in Outlook.
