how do I convert wp to word w/o converter placed on individpcs

I downloaded personal data for each staff member about their clients in WP.
However, I found out they on have WordXP on their laptops. In trying to
convert the text to WordXP I continue to get error msg. Later found out that
the staff Laptops never had the converter to support other software. Have
any suggestions..didn't want to start over on these clients?

I've got a great suggestion for you... find a news group that pertains to
Word. This NG is for getting started in Microsoft Access.
