How do I copy 4 8.5"x11" to fit on a 11x17 2 sided?

I am trying to copy 4 8.5" x 11" documents onto 2 11" x 17" sheets. First I
have problems with page setup - the margins are outside the printable area so
I say don't fix. I copy one of the documents, paste it onto the 11 x 17 and
the paper size automatically reduces to 8.5 x 11. How can I maintain the
tabloid size while coping this text to it?

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.word.general.
