how do i copy a cell in worksheets 10 to the other 9 worksheets

i want to copy a cell from worksheet 10 to the other worksheets but when i
use copy and i then highlight tabs with shift or control then paste link is
greyed out. how can i copy from one cell in a worksheet to other worksheets
so that when i update the cell all worksheets change thank you

Hi Bete:

Once you have copied the cell just seelct the other sheet, don't use the
shift or control keys and then paste it on the other sheet.

thank you for your answer however i thought their was a procedure where i
could copy of the cell and then click on the other 9 tabs and it would link
up to the tenth worksheet this is why i was trying to find out if shift or
control would work.

Hi Bete:

Ok if you want to copy a cell and paste it into the 9 backing sheets

copy te cell on sheet10
then select the other sheets using the control key and the mouse to select
individual sheets or select the first sheet and them the shift select last
sheet and then move the cursor to the cell and paste it.

OK should work.

Remember to un group the sheets afterwards.
