I want to set up a set of conditional sums.
Rather than use the wizard each time, I'd like to copy the formula, and edit
the condition.
I know there is a combination of keys to press to then make the edited
formula work (shift + something+enter)?

Thanks, I can get into edit mode ok, but after editing, the new formula does
not then work. I know there is some key combination that you can use to make
an edited formula work - does anyone know this please?

I must admit that i am not aware of any special key sequence.

I am wondering if the formula you are using is an Array. Does the
original formula have cruley brackets in it? If so, after editing the
array, you need to press Ctrl-Shift-Enter.

If this is not the issue, then you are not completely or correctly
editing the formula.

I have found what I was looking for!
After editing the copied conditional sum press - Ctrl + Shift + Enter. This
makes the sum work with the edited condition rather than the condition before
the copy. Thanks to all who helped me on this.
