How do I copy a contact's information into a new call task for mys

When setting up a task, how can I easily bring or copy the contact's
information to the task description I create when I am setting up a task to
call a client? At this point I have to open the contact information and type
in all the contact information in order for it to be visible when I print of
the daily to do list to work from.

Just insert the contact item as text. In the task, pull down the Insert menu
and select Item. Select your Contacts folder, select the contact, select
Insert as Text Only, then OK. Outlook will copy the information into the
task description.
