How do I copy a single slide from a show sent to me by e-mail?

How do I copy a single slide from a show sent tome by e-mail? I want to copy
and save and resend a single slide to others.

Open PowerPoint -> File -> Open -> browse to the slide show -> delete all
unwanted slides -> file -> save as -> give the file a new name.
