How do I copy a slide from PowerPoint into a Word document?

I am trying to make each slide from a PowerPoint presentation into a Word
document. Can anyone tell me how to copy a whole slide from Powerpoint into
Word? What about logos on a PowerPoint template that won't copy at all?

In PowerPoint, click File > Send to > MS Word.
Click OK.
