how do I copy all the cells but not the formulas?

Hi,
Lets say I want to copy all the information inside a cell to anothe
sheet but I do not want to copy the function also. How do I do that?

e.g. =(A1+B2) that is the formula.
but in the cell it say 10
how do I copy the 10 and not the formula?

copy>edit>paste special or customize your toobars to add the icon that looks
like 12 in a box.
