The easiest way to copy an Access form is to temporarily change it to a
popup form and use Alt+PrtScn or a screen capture utility such as SnagIt, to
copy it, then paste it into a Paint app and save it. The popup is achieved
through Design View >>> Property Sheet >>> Other tab.

If you don't use a popup form, or a program like SnagIt, you'll need to crop
it in Paint or your graphics program.

Arvin,
I tried doing what you have suggested and even downloaded Snagit
but for some reason, after changing the form to a popup and after I click
copy or ALt+Printscreen and click bank on snagit the access window will
minimize. Maybe I am doing something worng here or ot just does not work. Is
there any other way that you know about? I will keep on trying and I will let
you know if I am able to copy and paste the form. THanks for you help.

I find the easiest thing to do is to do Alt + Ctrl + PrntScrn and paste it
into "Paint".
