How do I copy and paste (snapshot) the drawing toolbar?

I am creating a best practices manual for 508 compliance. I created a bunch
of squares and grouped them together from the drawing manual as a "how to"
but I need to insert a snap shot or copy and paste of that drawing>group
toolbar to put in the manaul. I can't copy it, and if i try to "alt-print
screen" to capture it, the alt key makes the toolbar go back. How do I get a
snapshot or copy and paste that drawing toolbar?

Hi Monkey,

I'm unable to replicate this behaviour (Word 2000) regardless of whether the toolbar is docked. What version of Word and what OS are
you using?

Cheers

You may need a dedicated screen capture utility such as SnagIt
(www.techsmith.com). A full-featured evaluation trial is available, but the
full retail cost is quite modest for such a terrific program.

Try Printkey, it's a freeware and can capture screen, windows, selection, be
saved in bmp,gif, jpg,jpeg, emf wmf .......

i cant live without this little baby anymore.
