How do I copy autocorrect entries from old PC to new PC

I have hundreds of autocorrect entries on my old PC that will be extremely
laborious to recreat on new PC. My old PC is Windows 98 with Microsoft Word
2000. New PC is XP with Microsoft Word 2003.

Would appreciate any assistance.
