How do I copy from MS project & insert into Excel & maintain form.

I need to download (export, save as, or copy/paste) data from MS project and
have it in an Excel file, but I need to maintain the text formatting in the
Gantt chart screen.
Example: Task A has 2 subtasks under it (which are indented).

You can't do this with cut and paste,
but I have a macro which does this.
Go to my site:
http://masamiki.com/project/macros.htm and look at the export hierarchy to
excel macro. It can be easily customized to export whatever data you want.

Thanks Jack! I really appreciate the assistance.
I noticed when I added additional columns - it pushed the new columns out
(by 2, then 3) & the tasks is above the resource on a different rows
(example: task1, resource is Mary, but the task is on 1 line & resource on
the next). But it is a GREAT start.

I've been playing with it (then all the tasks stacked). I'll keep trying -
just wish I was better at this. THANKS AGAIN!!!
