how do I copy from one section of address book to another

I have upgraded to Outlook express 2003,with my old system I could drag from
one to another, can I still do that and how

No you haven't. There is no such thing as "Outlook Express 2003". There's
Outlook Express V3, V4, V5., and V6, and then there's Outlook 97, 98, 2000,
2002, and 2003. What do you really have?
