how do I copy info on labels so I don't have to type each one?

I'm typing return addresses on Avery labels, but can't figure out how to copy
info on the whole sheet and avoid trying to copy one label at a time. (very
time consuming!)

Thanks.

Hi Thomas,

Bookmark the portion(s) you want to repeat (via Insert Bookmark) then use a cross-reference to the bookmark (Insert|Cross Reference)

Note that if you insert the cross-reference and then change the source data, you'll need to update the cross-reference. There are
various ways to do this, including doing a print preview, selecting the cross-reference and pressing F9 or selecting the whole
document (Ctrl-A) then F9.

You can either use the 'full page of same label check box in the label
wizard then create a new document from the wizard which will give you a page
of labels you can print as many timews as you want. Or create an empty new
page, enter the detail in the first label. Select the cell and copy to the
clipboard then select the table and paste.
