How do I correct/repair an error in loading the MS framework libr.

I've only just installed Office 2004 and it doesn't seem to even have gone
about that properly!

Everytime I try and launch word or ppt, my powerbook hangs and hangs and
then spits out this error. I've tried to reinstall, but it doesn't fix the
problem and there doesn't seem to be any diagnostics or anything in the
manual (what manual?).
