What systems does this software have to allow me to correct student work that
I have saved to Word or that the student emails to me through Outlook?

Obviously, you will need access to a system which has Word and Outlook
installed. Also, as there are different versions of Word, you will need
to have your Word program (or Office program) able to read these student
word files.

Now your question is rather vague. Could you be a little bit specific.

I'm assuming that you want to annotate the students' work. I find Insert |
Comment very useful for this. Just click in a word, Insert Comment and type
your annotation.

Hope this is useful for you.

Hi there
I'm a distance teacher and use AutoText with standard comment saved in my
global template. I am then able to open the (Word) file and insert my
AutoText comments, which are printed in bold red. I have a tick and a cross
saved as well as the appropriate feedback comments. I resave the work on the
disk and return it to the student.

In Outlook, I use Signatures for the same thing. When I write a 'good'
response, I save it as a signature. I can then build up a feedback document
to my students in 'next to no time'.

Note that you can't use Word as your email editor if you want to use
Signatures. Also, you can transport them to other PCs if you work at home as
well as the office.

Hope you find this helpful.
