how do I create a border for the Avery 8395 name badge with round.

I would like to make name badges with borders. I downloaded the template
from the Avery website, but I can't figure out how to get the border right.

If the name badges are round, then a cell/paragraph border will not work.
You'll need to insert a circle AutoShape.
