How Do I Create a Business Letter?

Has 2007 eliminated the Business Letter? All I can find is varying methods
of delivering emails. How does that help with formal documents that need to
be hand delivered (ie FedEx), such as a letter proposal, signed by hand?

Mac:

You go through Word to merge a letter with BCM data. Just select Outlook
with Business Contact Manager as a data source and you can get to BCM that
way. Too many clicks, but it works...
