How do I create a button to automatically fill the From field?

Hi,
I have a user that has two mail boxes and needs to be able to send from
either account easily...so I need to create a link/button SOMETHING to open a
new email with the from field as "ABC" or "XYZ".

How?

NB: Its Outlook 2000 with a Exch 5.5 backend of which Im the admin.

Have the user click the down-arrow to the right of the Send button to choose
which account to use.

Hmm, its 2000 Outlook, has the drop down with otions for new "email/note/task
" etc but not a choice of account.
I have set uo two profiles, one for each mail box, on the machine and it
still wont give the option you mention Brian.

I was talking about two accounts defined in the same profile. If you've set
up two profiles, then you control them from Control Panel. There should be
a checkbox there that instructs Outlook to ask for the profile to use when
it starts. You can then define one account in each profile and close and
restart Outlook to switch.
