How do I create a cell with a pickbox in Excel?

I would like to know how to make a cell in Excel that is a list of a group of
items.

Hello JohnPWilks,

I'm assuming you want a drop down list on a cell. If so:

Highlight all cells you want to put a drop down on and choose Data +
Validation. On the Settings tab choose List from the Allow arrow. At the
bottom type your list.
Eg. Cat,Dog,Fish.

If you already have your list in Excel:
In the bottom box of the Settings tab click the icon to the right and then
highlight the cells that contain your list.

You could also Name you list and type =Listname.
