How do I create a circular arrow diagram?

I am trying to put together a 'virtuous circle diagram where one action leads
to another eventually reinforcing the first positive action. I have got it
going from right to left. I just can't get it to go in a beautiful circle. Do
I need a special drawing package?

Click Insert > Diagrams > Cycle Diagram.
Click Ok.
Click Insert Shape to add more actions.
