How do I create a data entry/ updateable Form from a query?

I would like to create the Access 2007 data entry forms from queries. I get
disabled fields. I am able to do the form on tables.

Someone might be able to suggest a change to your query if you provide the
SQL of your query by opening in design view, click on VIEW - SQL View,
highlight all, copy, and paste in a post.
