How do I create a filter & search engine in Access database?

I am creating a database using access. So I would like to know how to create
a filter, search engine(find) within a document? Also I would like people to
log in in order to get into the database. I have created the database using
the table and the end users are going to access the database through the page
option that is available under Datasheet view. I want it to be like a web
site. Also how can I help them to upload their documents on the database.
