I think you are trying to figure out
how to make a "flow chart" rather than
a flow sheet.
fortunately, there are a variety of methods
to create a presentation on the flow of
information or an organizational chart.
in addition, there are a number of programs
that can help you create them as well. You
didn't mention any here.
my suggestion is to use the help features
of your preferred program or search the internet.
You can also search at Microsoft.com
as well as Google.com
the search criterion for this issue are
flow charts
and
organizational charts
You will find "how to" examples then you can interpret
them and apply your information accordingly
with your preferred software.
In addition, you can manually draw one on
old fashion graph paper and scan it into your
presentation as well....
But in either case, it might simply be a matter
of drawing boxes with text in them and
interconnecting lines between the boxes.
