How do I create a landing page out of a new website home page?

I've created a website. I want to make my website home page the landing page
when I open my HP computer? How do I do this? Thx.

I think that this is more a Windows question than a FrontPage one, and I am
no Windows expert.

An idea:
Put a shortcut in your startup folder
Make the target the HTML file.

But this only works with local files
e.g. "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My
Webs\myweb\index.html"

In Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > on the General tab set your
website as the home page/landing page.
