how do i create a new access database using the same fields

Could you please advise me of how to create a new database using the same
fields as a previous database without having to type all the fields in again.

Create a new blank database.
Click on File + Get External Data + Import.
Navigate to the database that has the table you want to copy.
Click on the Tables tab and select the table you want. Click on the
Option button. Select Definition Only.
Click OK
