How do I create a new e-mail address

I already have a e-mail address on yahoo can I use the same address on outlook

If it is a POP e-mail. The free version isn't a POP account.

In that case, your Internet Service Provider will have established an
account for you. Contact them, establish: 1. User name, password, POP server
address, SMTP server address. I can only assume that you have Office Outlook
since you asked in this newsgroup. Choose Account Settings from the Tools
Drop Down menu and follow the instruction.
