How do I create a "New Report" macro?

I'm using this database (from Microsoft website):

From that link, look at the image of the form. In the Task section I

want to add a "Create New Report" option so when users click on the
arrow graphic a macro runs which will allow them to have the ability
to create a new report (as if they were in Database view and had
clicked the Reports tab then clicked New . I'm using Access 2003.


If you can please download that database and tinker with it and let me
know how you did got it working. Thanks!
