how do i create a one page mailable newsletter

i am wanting to create a one page newsleter that i can include to and from
address and be able to mail?

mail, as in _email_ oder _snail-mail_?

The starting point for the former would be your email application.
Outlook has template (*.oft) that you can re-use.

If you want to do it in Word, well, tell us what you've tried, and where
you've failed.
