How do I create a question, answer database

I'm trying to create a "Multi Choice" answer database, that will confirm if
the answer selected is correct or incorrect
Is this possible in Microsoft Access, or do I require a different programme.
If so what is recommended by the experts
ps I am an ideas person with limited computor ability
